Meet The Author

Aderonke Green did not enter the world of technology through the traditional path, and that is precisely what makes her perspective so valuable. Her roots are in educational management, which means that long before she was building workflows or guiding Agile teams, she was focused on how people learn. That instinct has shaped every chapter of her career.

As a ServiceNow developer at Conn’s HomePlus, she created the behind the scenes systems that keep organizations moving. As an Agilist within one of the nation’s leading manufacturing companies, she helped teams collaborate with clarity and purpose. When artificial intelligence began transforming every industry she had touched, she chose not to observe from the sidelines. She committed herself to understanding it deeply.

What distinguishes Aderonke is not simply the range of her experience. It is the consistent thread running through all of it: a genuine dedication to making complex ideas understandable and useful for real people.

Her work extends beyond technology. She is also a licensed financial professional in the United States, helping individuals and families plan for retirement with strategies that build long term stability and protect their wealth from market uncertainty. Her approach blends education, practicality, and compassion.

This book is the result of all those experiences coming together. The technologist. The educator. The planner. The practitioner. Aderonke wrote this to bring you into the conversation with confidence and clarity.

Dedication
For Rex, Ann, Nicole, and Neriah—my brightest lights. You fuel my determination, lift my spirit, and remind me why the work matters. This book exists because of the love we share.
In memory of my parents, whose wisdom and sacrifice became the soil from which this journey grew. I feel your presence in every milestone. And to my siblings, this story has always belonged to all of us.
